RIBA Chartered Practice specialising in historic buildings
and architectural conservation.
Claire Newman Architect is a RIBA Chartered Practice specialising in historic buildings and architectural conservation.
I am a Chartered Conservation Architect with over 15 years’ experience working in Cornwall on domestic and commercial properties including wide ranging experience of heritage and listed buildings. I can provide a bespoke architectural service, providing you, and your property, with a sensitive and considered design solution approach.
I can deliver Architectural design support through all stages of building design and rennovation, from initial concept and background research into the property, through to the necessary Planning and Listed Building Consents, detailed design work and completion on site. I can guide you through all stages of the process, offering as little or as much help, assistance and support as you and your property require.
My aim is to strive for a balance between the needs of the owners of a historic property and a respect and appreciation of the character and unique features of the building.
Chartered Conservation Architect, based in Stithians between Truro, Falmouth, Helston and the north coast and specialising in conversions, residential extensions and heritage work.
